Terms of purchase

Open purchase does not apply to driving lessons.

When you buy driving lessons through our website you have a right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. This means you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days – as long as the driving lesson has not been started.

Purchased driving lessons and packages are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. After that, any unused driving lessons expire.

If you have been unable to use your driving lessons because of illness or injury, we can extend the validity period. Contact us and we will help you – we may then ask for a medical certificate covering the period you were prevented, so that the extension can be approved.

Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the start of the driving lesson, or by 10:00 on the last weekday before the lesson. For driving lessons booked on weekends, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

For late cancellations, or if you do not show up for your driving lesson, the full cost of the lesson is charged. Booked or started driving lessons are not refunded.

If you fall acutely ill we can make exceptions to the cancellation times above. In such cases we may ask you to present a medical certificate for the cancellation to be approved and for any refund or rebooking to be carried out. This keeps the terms fair for all our students.

A driving lesson is normally 50 minutes. When driving on weekends and other off-peak times, the lesson is 40 minutes instead – at the same price.

Many driving schools charge a weekend surcharge on every driving lesson. We do not. Instead we shorten the lesson slightly, so the price is always the same no matter which day or time you choose to drive.

We reserve the right to rebook or postpone a driving test if we judge that you are not yet sufficiently prepared to take the test with a reasonable chance of passing. We always do this with your best interests and road safety in focus.
